Meat-Spaghetti Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1/3 c. chopped onions
1/3 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. oregano
salt (optional)
2 tsp. sugar (optional)
1 c. water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Grease a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Brown and drain sausage.
Add chopped vegetables.
Add tomato paste, tomato sauce, oregano, salt, sugar and 1 cup water.
Simmer for 30 minutes; covered.
