Corn Meal Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. corn meal
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Cream the butter and sugar. Add eggs, beating in well, one at a time. Add flour, corn meal, vanilla and lemon extract.
    Beat well.
    Pour into an 8-inch pie shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 until firm.
