Three Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 tsp. sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 c. noodles (2/3 of 12 oz. pkg.; you may use ziti or spiral noodles)
    1 c. cream-style cottage cheese
    1 (8 oz.) soft cream cheese
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook beef, onion and green pepper until brown.
    Drain.
    Stir in tomato sauce, sugar, salt, garlic salt and pepper.
    Prepare noodles as directed on package; drain.
    Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese and sour cream.
    Spread half of noodles in 11 x 7-inch glass casserole dish.
    Top with meat sauce.
    Cover with cheese mixture.
    Repeat layer and top with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
