Sister Myrtle Ragon Homemade Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    1 1/2 c. potato water
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. shortening
    7 1/2 c. or 2 lb. bag plain flour
Preparation
    Mix yeast and lukewarm water; set aside.
    Add shortening to mashed potatoes while hot.
    Add sugar, salt, beaten eggs and potato water.
    Add yeast.
    Add flour, 2 cups at a time, beating well.
    The last 2 cups will likely have to be kneaded in.
