Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c sugar
    1/4 lb butter
    1 can evaporated milk
    1- 8 oz jar marshmallow cream or 1 large bag marshmallows
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 c nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Stir the first three ingredients together in heavy saucepan. Cook to soft ball stage (236 degrees).
    Add the rest of ingredients, mixing well. Pour into buttered 9x13 pan.
