Breakfast Cream Cheese Pastry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg, separated
    sugar
Preparation
    Layer 1 can of rolls in a large baking pan. Cream the cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, vanilla and egg yolk.
    Pour over rolls in pan.
    Top with the other can of crescent rolls. Brush top with beaten egg white and sprinkle with sugar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
