Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    4 eggs, beaten
    2/3 c. water
    3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. raisins (optional)
    1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    2 c. cooked canned pumpkin
    cream cheese
Preparation
    Boil raisins until soft.
    Drain and cool.
    Combine oil, eggs, water and sugar.
    Sift flour, salt, nutmeg, soda and cinnamon. Make a well in the center.
    Add pumpkin and blend until moistened. Stir in raisins and nuts.
    Turn into 3 greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Top with cream cheese.
