Chicken Paprika - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut up
    1 c. chicken broth
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 Tbsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 or 2 medium onions, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped mushrooms (optional)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 to 1/2 c. plain yogurt
    sprinkle of parsley flakes
    cooked rice
Preparation
    Melt margarine in large frying pan and lightly brown chicken pieces.
    Remove chicken pieces; add onions and cook slowly until limp and yellow.
    Sprinkle with paprika; add chicken pieces, salt and chicken broth.
    Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
