Sweet Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. cooked sweet potatoes, mashed
1/2 c. margarine, softened
1/2 to 1 c. brown sugar to taste
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. white sugar
1 pkg. small marshmallows

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Combine all ingredients (except marshmallows) and mix well by hand.
Pour into ovenproof casserole dish.
Top with marshmallows.
Cover.
Bake until marshmallows turn light colored.
Serve hot.
