Company Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pt. sour cream
10 oz. sharp cheese, shredded
2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together well and put into a butter 4-quart dish.
In addition to the 1/2 cup of butter, melt another 1/4 cup with 1 cup of crushed corn flakes and sprinkle on top. Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
