Sausage Stars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked crumbled sausage
    1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar, grated
    1 1/2 c. Monterey Jack, grated
    1 c. Hidden Valley original salad dressing mix
    1 can (2.25 oz.) sliced ripe olives
    1/2 c. chopped red pepper
    1 pkg. fresh or frozen wonton wrappers or eggroll wrappers, cut in 4ths
    vegetable oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Blot sausage dry and combine with cheese, salad dressing mix, olives and red pepper.
    Lightly grease mini-muffin tin and press 1 wrapper in each cup.
    Brush with oil or spray with Pam.
    Bake 5 minutes, until golden.
    Remove from tins and place on baking sheet.
    Fill with sausage mixture.
    Bake 5 minutes, until hot.
    Makes 4 to 5 dozen.
