Polynesian Casserole - cooking recipe

13 1/2 oz. can pineapple tidbits
3 c. cubed ham
2 c. sliced canned or cooked sweet potatoes
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Drain pineapple; reserve syrup.
Layer pineapple, ham and sweet potatoes in 2-quart casserole.
Combine brown sugar, flour, curry powder and pepper.
Blend in pineapple syrup, water and vinegar.
Pour over casserole.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Cover with topping before baking.
