Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked, diced chicken
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. diced fresh celery
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Mix chicken,
    almonds,
    onion, celery, mayonnaise, salt and lemon juice.
    Place
    in
    buttered baking dish.
    Top with a layer of cheese,
    then
    cover with crushed potato chips.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Serve hot; is tender.
    Serves 5 or 6.
