Artichoke Nibbles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 jars (6 oz. each) marinated artichoke hearts
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
4 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. bottled hot pepper sauce
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 Tbsp. minced parsley
Preparation

Drain marinade from one jar of artichokes into a 9 x 9-inch microwave-proof dish or 10-inch quiche dish.
Drain remaining marinade.
Chop artichokes; set aside.
Add onion and garlic to marinade in dish and microcook, covered, 1 to 2 minutes, until onion is soft.
