Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except vanilla and nutmeg, in a small saucepan.
    Cook over medium heat until thickened (about 20 minutes), stirring several times.
    Take pudding off burner and add vanilla.
    Spoon into small bowls and sprinkle nutmeg on top. Serve warm or cold.
    Makes 3 servings.
