Smoky Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bottle soy sauce
    1 (10 oz.) can beef broth
    3 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 clove garlic, minced
    4 to 5 lb. brisket, trimmed
Preparation
    Mix first five ingredients.
    Marinate covered brisket in liquid for 24 hours.
    Place brisket in pan with juice and cook, covered, 5 hours at 300\u00b0.
