Monroe'S Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. flour and sugar
    1 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. light corn syrup
    1 c. pecans
    2 frozen pie shells
Preparation
    Sprinkle 1 teaspoon flour and 1 teaspoon sugar in the bottom of each pie shell.
    Beat eggs lightly in bowl with a fork.
    Cook sugar, margarine and corn syrup to a rolling bowl.
    Pour into eggs. Add pecans and vanilla.
    Pour into pie shells.
    More pecans can be added if desired.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
