Whipped Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    6 eggs
    1 c. whipping cream
    3 c. sugar
    3 c. cake flour
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar together.
    Add eggs, one at a time. Add cream and flour alternately.
    After pouring cake batter into pan, sprinkle generously with coconut.
    Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 300\u00b0 in tube pan.
    The toasted coconut icing has a flavor if its own and no additional icing is needed.
    Serves 8 to 10.
