Cauliflower - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cauliflower, cooked and well drained
1/2 stick margarine
salt, pepper, garlic powder and nutmeg
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation

Separate head in florets.
Heat margarine.
Add cauliflower and seasonings.
Saute until golden (7 to 8 minutes).
Add crumbs; continue cooking for 3 to 4 minutes.
Toss frequently until crisp and golden.
