Low-Fat Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Good Seasons nonfat salad dressing mix (for honey mustard fat-free dressing)
    1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
    3 oranges, sectioned or 1 can mandarin oranges
    1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
    8 c. torn up spinach (about 8 oz.)
    1 small red onion or 5 green onions
    6 slices turkey bacon, cut in 1-inch pieces or 2 oz. chicken or turkey strips or crab meat
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Prepare salad dressing mix, vinegar, orange juice and water as directed on envelope.
    Substitute the orange juice for the water and add the orange peel.
    Mix spinach, oranges, onion and meat or crab in bowl.
    Add dressing and toss lightly.
    Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top of salad for added flavor.
    Serve immediately.
