Turkey Chili With Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. green pepper, chopped
    2 cloves garlic
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 (28 oz.) cans Italian tomatoes
    2 lb. ground turkey
    1 (15 oz.) can black beans
    1 c. corn
    3 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion, green pepper and garlic for 2 minutes.
    Add turkey, browning well.
    Add tomatoes.
    Stir in beans, corn, chili powder, salt and pepper.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
    Add chopped zucchini.
    Cook for 10 minutes.
