Bill'S Northern Chunky Chicken And Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (12 oz.) cans clear chicken broth
    2 1/2 (12 oz.) cans water
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 1/2 c. chopped carrots
    1 1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 (16 oz.) can white potatoes
    1 box Bisquick
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Remove skin from chicken.
    Pour chicken broth and water in large pot with lid.
    Boil chicken until done (25 minutes approximately).
    Remove chicken from water.
    Add to boiling water, celery, pepper, salt, onion, carrots and peppers.
    Simmer 20 to 25 minutes.
    Pull chicken meat from bones in pieces and put back in pot.
    Add 1/2 can water, white potatoes and mushrooms.
    Boil 5 minutes.
    Add dumplings.
