Chicken Country Captain - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cooked rice
    4 lb. skinless chicken breasts
    flour
    salt
    pepper
    vegetable oil
    2 onions, finely chopped
    2 green peppers, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 c. almonds, toasted
    3 to 4 tsp. curry
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    2 cans tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    1/4 c. currants or raisins
Preparation
    Dredge chicken in flour, salt and pepper.
    Brown well in oil and keep warm (secret of recipe).
    Saute onions, peppers and garlic.
    Stir in curry, salt, pepper and thyme and mix well.
    Add tomatoes and parsley and heat.
