Sour Cream Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 sticks butter, softened
3 c. sugar
6 eggs, added separately
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. almond extract
3 c. flour
1 c. sour cream (nonfat recommended)
Preparation

Cream butter, sugar and flavorings until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually mix in flour, then fold in sour cream.
Bake in greased and floured tube pan (or you can use several small or two large loaf pans) for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.
A big mixer is good to use for this cake.
