Mildre'S Casserole(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. uncooked egg noodles
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. water
    1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 (5 3/4 oz.) can mushroom steak sauce (with mushrooms)
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. basil leaves, crushed
    1/2 tsp. oregano leaves, crushed
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook noodles according to package directions; drain and set aside.
    Crumble beef and add onion in glass bowl.
    Microwave on High 6 minutes stirring occasionally.
    Drain.
    Stir in water, corn, tomato paste and seasonings.
    Combine 1/2 of meat mixture and noodles in 2 1/2-quart dish.
    Mix cottage cheese, cream cheese and sour cream.
    Spread over meat-noodle mixture.
    Top with remaining meat mixture.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Microwave on High 12 to 16 minutes.
    Rotate dish once halfway through cooking time.
