Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooked chicken, cubed
4 c. celery, sliced
1 c. almonds or cashews, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated medium Cheddar cheese
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos, chopped
2 c. crushed barbecue potato chips
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except the potato chips.
Pile lightly into a greased 3-quart casserole dish.
Cover with the crushed potato chips.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serves 6.
