Meat Balls And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 small bell pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. dried onion mix
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation
    Mix ground beef, onion, bell pepper, salt, black pepper and dried onion.
    Mix into large bowl.
    Roll into a ball-like shape. Place in a deep pan.
    Cook until brown.
    Place shortening and flour into pan, stirring occasionally, until flour is brown.
    Pour 2 cups of water into pan.
    When water begins to boil, turn down burner and let simmer for 5 or 10 minutes.
