Garlic Broiled Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
    1 shallot, peeled and crushed
    1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    2 tsp. chopped, fresh parsley
1 to 1 1/2 lb. fish fillets (preferably thick)
Preparation
Combine the lemon juice, olive oil and seasonings in a bowl. Marinate the fish in this mixture for at least 1 hour or as long as 6 hours (if thin fillets are used, no longer than 1 hour). Place the fish, skin side down, in a baking dish.
Pour the marinade around the fillets and add enough water to cover 3/4 of the fish.
Broil the fish until it flakes easily with a fork.
