Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2/3 c. pumpkin
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. nuts (optional)
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients except nuts together with mixer.
    Grease a cookie sheet and line with waxed paper.
    Allow waxed paper to extend over both ends of cookie sheet.
    Pour batter onto 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly-roll pan; sprinkle nuts on top and bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    When baked, turn out onto a linen towel sprinkled with powdered sugar; roll up into towel (jelly-roll style) and refrigerate for 1 hour.
