Barbecue Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 to 1 lb. meat
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    1 bottle barbecue sauce with garlic
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 to 3/4 c. catsup
Preparation
    Mix together sugar and water and put meat into for 8 hours. Add barbecue sauce, salt and catsup; mix these well.
    Place all ingredients in 2-quart casserole dish. Cook at 250\u00b0 for 4 hours or 300\u00b0 for 3 hours. Be careful at 300\u00b0 not to burn sauce.
