Icebox Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. lukewarm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 eggs
    5 to 6 c. flour
Preparation
    Beat with eggbeater the first 5 ingredients; add enough flour to make a stiff dough.
    Let rise until light in a greased pan or covered dish in refrigerator.
    Knead dough and make rolls the size of a walnut; let rise in greased baking pans.
    Butter tops and bake for 25 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Butter tops again to keep rolls soft.
    Makes 4 dozen.
