White Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 eggs
2 c. self-rising flour
1 lb. candied cherries
1 lb. candied pineapple
2 qt. nuts
1/2 box raisins (optional)
2 tsp. lemon flavoring
Preparation

Cream the butter and eggs together.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Mix fruit and nuts in enough flour to coat well.
Add rest of ingredients.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours.
