Tartar Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. mayonnaise (Hellmann's)
2 Tbsp. chopped chives
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onions or chives
1 Tbsp. chopped sweet pickle
1 Tbsp. sour pickle
1 Tbsp. capers
1 Tbsp. chopped pimiento (optional)
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Chill.
Serve with any hot or cold fish.
Makes about 1 1/3 cups.
