Potato Skins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 baking potatoes
    oil for frying
    4 slices bacon
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    2/3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. mustard
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes; pat dry.
    Prick with a fork.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 50 minutes or microwave until done.
    Cool until you can handle with hands.
    Cut lengthwise into wedges.
    Cut center away leaving 1/4 inch.
    Prepare topping.
    Fry skins in oil until crisp.
    Divide topping between skins.
    Sprinkle with cream cheese and bacon on top.
    Bake for 5 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Serve immediately.
