Baked Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 medium to large mushrooms
    1/4 c. olive oil
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 slices bread
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1 bay leaf (optional)
    1/2 c. chopped onion (optional)
    bacon bits (optional)
Preparation
    Clean and remove stems from mushrooms.
    In blender, blend 1 slice bread (in pieces) and spices.
    Add remaining bread in pieces and stems a little at a time.
    Melt butter in pan.
    Add mixture and saute for 5 minutes.
    Stuff caps.
    Set caps in shallow well-greased pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 to 20 minutes.
