Ingredients

2 sticks margarine (room temperature)
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, separate two and use the egg whites for frosting
1 c. milk
3 c. cake flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar.
Beat in 2 whole eggs and two egg yolks.
Stir in vanilla and sift flour, salt and baking powder. Add to creamed mixture, along with milk.
Bake in 3 layers until done.
Cool.
