Banana Nut Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter
1 tsp. soda
1 c. pecans chopped
1 c. sugar
2 c. sifted flour
2 eggs
3 ripe bananas

Preparation

Mix butter and sugar, add eggs, and mashed bananas.
Combine flour and soda; slowly blend with sugar mixture.
Add pecans, bake in muffin tin for 20 minutes at 400\u00b0 or until brown.
