Crock-Pot Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew beef, cut into bite-sized pieces
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    1/2 c. water or red wine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in crock-pot.
    Stir together.
    Cover and cook on low setting for 8 to 12 hours (or high for 4 to 6 hours).
    Serve over rice.
    Makes 4 servings.
