Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
1/2 pt. (8 oz.) sour cream
1/2 Tbsp. salt (to taste)
1/2 Tbsp. pepper (to taste)
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom soup
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
