Salmon Platter Salad(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen whole green beans, thawed
    1/4 c. bottled low calorie Italian dressing
    1 lb. Sockeye salmon, cooked and chilled
    4 c. salad greens, chopped
    2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
    1 cucumber, sliced
    1/4 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Marinate green beans in dressing for at least 1 hour; drain and reserve marinade.
    Remove skin and bones from salmon and break into large chunks.
    Place salmon and green beans on platter lined with salad greens.
    Garnish with tomatoes and cucumber.
    Combine reserved marinade with sour cream and serve with salad.
