Dilled Broccoli Salad(Diabetic Recipe) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 bunches broccoli
1 c. cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. sugar substitute
1 Tbsp. dill
1 Tbsp. Accent (m.s.g.) (optional)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. salad oil
Preparation

Wash broccoli; cut into small florets.
Mix all ingredients together; put in a sealed plastic bowl.
Chill overnight.
Every once in a while, shake the bowl so everything stays mixed together and evenly coated.
Serve cold as either finger or fork food.
