Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla or lemon extract
    1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. coconut
Preparation
    Melt butter and cream with sugar.
    Beat well after adding each egg.
    Add a little milk and coconut.
    Add the rest of milk and extract.
    Pour in uncooked pie shell.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for approximately 30 minutes or until done.
