Lemon Meringue Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3 heaping Tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. boiling water
3 egg yolks
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
1/3 c. fresh lemon juice
Preparation

Mix in saucepan 3/4 cup sugar, flour, salt and cornstarch. Add water and cook until thick, stirring constantly.
Beat until thick the egg yolks, 1/4 cup sugar and small amount of hot mixture to eggs. Then stir eggs into hot mixture.
Add 2 tablespoons of butter and cook 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add lemon juice and pour into cooked pie shell.
Top with meringue.
