Crab Fettucine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. imitation crab
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 clove minced garlic
    3/4 c. heavy cream
    8 oz. fettucine noodles
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Saute garlic in butter; blend in crab, cream, cheese and pepper.
    Cook and stir until thoroughly heated.
    Add hot noodles; toss lightly.
    Salt to taste.
    Garnish with parsley.
    Makes 6 servings.
