Wedding Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 c. sugar
    9 c. water
    6 pkg. lime Jell-O
    6 c. boiling water
    6 c. cold water
    3 large c. pure apple juice
    3 (8 oz.) cans lemon juice
    1 1/2 oz. almond extract
    3 (32 oz.) bottles ginger ale
Preparation
    Bring to a boil the sugar and 9 cups of water.
    Dissolve Jell-O in 6 cups of hot water.
    Add sugar mixture to Jell-O.
    Add pure apple juice, lemon juice and almond extract.
    When ready to serve, add the ginger ale.
    Serves 100 people.
