Ingredients

1/4 c. instant coffee granules
1/4 c. powdered non-dairy coffee creamer
1/3 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 Tbsp. crushed hard peppermint candy (about 2 sticks)
Preparation

Combine ingredients in container of an electric blender; process until blended.
Store in airtight container.
Yield:
1 cup mix.
