Yummy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 potatoes, boiled in skin
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Boil 8 to 10 potatoes in skin, let cool.
    Slice or chunk potatoes into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Combine sour cream, cream of chicken soup, melted margarine, salt, pepper and 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese.
    Spread over potatoes and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Sprinkle with 1 cup shredded cheese and bake for 15 minutes.
    (Cream of mushroom soup can be substituted.)
