Diced Tomato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large firm, ripe tomatoes, peeled, seeded and diced
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp. ground cayenne
1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
1/4 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Combine lemon juice, cayenne, salt and sugar in a small bowl. Add tomatoes and toss together gently, but thoroughly.
Let salad marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving.
