Sweet Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 1/4 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. mandarin juice
4 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. chopped mandarin peel
12 sugar cubes, broken in half
Preparation

Mix all ingredients but mandarin juice and sugar cubes.
Place biscuits on greased cookie sheet.
Cover sugar cube halves with mandarin juice.
When juice is absorbed, gently press one piece of sugar cube into center of each biscuit.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve with Sweet Mandarin Butter or Mandarin Marmalade.
