Holiday Pull-Apart Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 to 5 c. flour
    2/3 c. granulated sugar
    2 pkg. instant yeast
    2 1/2 tsp. grated lemon zest
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. water
    1/3 c. milk
    3 eggs
    powdered sugar for sprinkling
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine 2 cups flour, 1/3 cup sugar, yeast, lemon zest and salt.
    Cut 1/4 cup butter into pieces.
    Heat with water and milk until warm (105\u00b0 to 115\u00b0).
    Stir into dry ingredients; stir in eggs and flour to make a soft dough.
    Knead for 6 to 8 minutes.
    Cover and let rest 10 minutes.
